Shipping

"It's a Beautiful Thing" purchases all include shipping. For shipping outside of the United States please contact us at info@itsabeautifulthing.com or 508-341-0525.

Products ship within 3 to 5 business days, with these exceptions:

• Add 2-3 days for customized T-shirt orders
• If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you.

If you have any special shipping requests such as overnight shipping or have any questions regarding your order please email us at info@itsabeautifulthing.com or 508-341-0525.

Returns

We want our customers to be thrilled with their purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or merchandise credit. 

• Returns must be made no later than 14 days from the time you received your order. Shipments made after 14 days will be rejected at the customer's expense.
• Upon receipt of your return, an inspection and approval will be processed. Items returned worn, with perfume or deodorant stains and/or odor, washed, or handled inappropriately, will not be accepted and returned at the customer's expense.  Please allow 5-10 business days for merchandise exchange(s) or credits to be shipped to you.
• Please include a copy of the packing slip, the reason for the return as well as instructions (if you would like a credit or an exchange.)
